NAFED and Turquoise Bio Natural Energy Pvt. Ltd setting up Bio-Fuel plant at Bhrauch, Gujarat

NAFED and Turquoise Bio Natural Energy Pvt. Ltd. signed an MOU to set up Bio Fuel plant at Bhrauch, Gujarat with the capacity of treating 150 MT waste per day and produce approx. 5 MT Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) and 25 MT organic manure per day. Pressmud from sugar mills, agri waste and other organic waste used as feedstock in the plant. Construction of the plant is started and production of CBG and organic manure shall start by end of September 2019. Bio-CNG is a clean, low carbon technology for efficient management and conversion of fermentable organic wastes into clean, cheap and versatile fuel and bio/organic manure. The projected plant and ancillary activities would bring tremendous social, economic and environmental benefits to the people besides generating over 100 employment opportunities in the rural area of the state.
