St. Xavier’s School, Mirzapur and Public Relations Society of India – Ahmedabad Chapter joins hands to Save the Environment and Explore beyond the Potential

Ahmedabad, July 2018: Public Relations Society India – Ahmedabad Chapter and St Xavier’s Mirzapur today jointly organized a One day Creative Drawing Camp for Children of Std 1st – 9th and a Career Counselling Seminar for students of Class 11th – 12th on the Themes of Save the Environment and Exploring Beyond the Potential.

While sharing the details of the One day program, Hon’ble Father Titus De Costa, Principal of St. Xavier’s School, Mirzapur stated, “As a progressive School, our Children were really excited about doing something for the preservation of the environment this year and I thank PRSI – Ahmedabad Chapter to come up with this unique idea of celebration. We have recently initiated a Say No to Plastic Campaign in our School and our Kids are really contributing in the same with lot of enthusiasm, but we wanted to do more. I welcome all the distinguished guests, speakers, judges, cartoon character who are joining us to make this day memorable and I also thank friends of media to take notice of the same. ”

Children enjoyed a wonderful talk on Preserving Environment by Mrs. Phani Trivedi, A Social Entrepreneur and the presence of KICKO from SONY YAY!! Channel.

Mr. Maulik Shah of Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio (Event Sponsors) shared, “I really feel that this creative camp cum seminar was an opportunity where every student got a golden chance to express their love for Environment. We also felt happy to provide career counseling in field of design to students of class 11th and 12th. Out Art teachers also motivated the Kids and helped in judging the same. We were happy to give the BRDS trophy to most creative kids.”

Mrs. Asha Vaghasia ,finalist of Mrs. India Earth 2018 actively participated in the event and planted saplings with the students to promote the idea of Go Green….Plant Trees….Save Earth….Save Environment….She also motivated the students to Say No to Drugs for their better and bright future.

Mr. N. Sathyanarayan, Academic Director, of iQue Ideas, shared some wonderful career counseling and future planning tips for Class 11th and 12th Students on how to prepare for competitive exams and understand the true potential.

Mr. R. K Singh, Chairman, PRSI Ahmedabad Chapter said, “This Year PRSI – Ahmedabad Chapter has taken the cause of Save the World and it’s Environment on a very serious note and we are doing regular activities in the society to address the Theme of Plastic Pollution in a very proactive manner.. I thank Father Titus D’ Costa for all his contribution and welcome all the stakeholders of this program who are coming together for a better tomorrow.”

Mr, Subhojit Sen, Secretary, PRSI Ahnedabad Chapter thanked all the digniatries involved in the program for their kind support.
